The plastic container is for the coolant. The radiator requires that.

Just kidding. It IS for washer fluid. We run a windshield on the Booger, wouldn't trade it. Unless it has something to do with failing wipers *cough*Battle At Primm*cough*

We are running a tougher container now as that particular one finally met its demise at BAP. Literally blew up.

green booger,
I am running wipers and glass in D.A.T. Bug
I dread the day of kicking out the window, It will be tough to reinstall the glass.
Lately I have not been purchasing the correct parts so It would be nice to get a product that works the first time or at least has the best chance to work - :)
I have on my checklist that I have to get a water pump.
Which water pump did you get?
Do you have the brand or part number for the pump?
thanks

Originally we bought just a universal squirter from an auto parts store. After the cheap plastic blew apart, we took the motor out of the cheap one and hooked it into the original stock squirter with the thick plastic, we just had to vent the cap on the stock squirter. The photo below shows what we ran in the 2012 VORRA season opener, but we basically threw it in to make it enough. The way it sits in the photo, the top of the squirter would be right into the spare tire on a desert race. So, we are going to redesign it again. We may just put it in the stock lug of the spare tire like originally intended.

Let me know if you can't see the image above. Sometimes they don't show here from our website.

green booger Thanks - I have a idea !!!! ( LIGHT BULB)
I have several small spar marine bilge pumps I can try and I have an original vw wiper washer tank.
I am going to make it fill from the co driver seat so we can fill on the move if need to from the drinking water tank !!!

Old manx, thanks if plan (A) does not work I will see if CB performance will work
