Dave and I are on the fence about which race to do. I always wanted to do an 11 shootout at MORE Toys For Tots race \"Battle at the Slash\" modeled on J.R.'s Stock Bug Challenge. One problem is that I got a lukewarm response from a few sponsors that I thought would really step up to the plate. Another problem is that the year end SNORE race is the weekend after the MORE race, so the SNORE points chasers wouldn't make it. At this point, if anything, would love to see just a large gathering of 11s. Laughlin would be a lot of fun and the women will love it, cheap rooms etc. However, MORE is in our backyard and we can race for just a few bucks. I made some phone calls yesterday to a few heavy hitters to get some ideas going, even called one guy out. What do you guys think? J&J, how bout you guys? Hey Ed, I forgot to mention, if you did want to do the MORE race, you can drop your car off at the house on your way south and pick it up on your way up on Friday to go racing. Worry not though, I have an air tight sea container you can keep it in locked up free of course. If anything we'll do the MORE race. 6 cars so far.

The way I see it Laughlin is only a couple of hours farther, 20 dollars a night at the nicest hotels in Laughlin, payback is much better, the course is not the same trails race after race that you have helped make the ruts, you get to race Saturday and again on Sunday(cant beat that) the course is class 11 friendly and did I mention payback is better! You More folks get to race different teams than usual and you will find Snore puts on a first class event that is extreamly tough to beat. If a lot of class 11 racers are going to Laughlin then I will race the class 11, if not I will race 1600 or maybe both. Hope to see a large turn out
