As the 2010 Battle at Primm battle comes to a close, we add one more to the history books. Wow, what a weekend. I don't even know where to start. I even made it home in time to go see the last pro race at the Adelanto Grand Prix. For the third year now we were Pump Gas-less. So we (Dave) teamed up with 11 Brothers Motorsports in their car and it just ended up not being our weekend which didn't take from our overall good time. We discovered some problems early on Saturday, worked on the car after the race and just wasn't able to get it 100% for Sunday. But hey, it is what it is! It happens to the best of us and we will be back. Congrats to Mr. DAVECO on the victory in your 3 week wonder. You're half way there. Team J&J, you guys looked good Sunday, taking the 2nd running hard. (I wear a 2X by the way). 1194 Metalcraft car looked good as well, running away from the pack at the start on Sunday. It was good to finally meet the legendary Jason Mace, even though it was only brief. Next time we'll have to sit down and have a beer or three and hell, maybe I'll show you my dutch oven skills. Thanks to the Mahoney camp for their warm hospitality and the awesome birthday gift that I will never wash. At the tree bar late on Saturday, I almost had Frank Wagner talked into going out and tipping over your rv. If only Dennis was there, I guarantee you would,ve been on your lid. And to Cindy, I guess what happened while Ed was driving his car he'll never know (what happens at BAP, stays at BAP) Also on the thank you list, lets not forget J.R. and team Cold Forged for stepping up and organizing yet another great challenge the 11's have to look forward to. If it wasn't for you, the 11 field probably only would've been a third of what it was, Indio Dune Buggy and the entire 11 Bros. clan, Madco for donating the tranny, DC const.
