Hate to put a damper on the car, but the frame horns can't be modified as you have done. \" No alterations to the pan are allowed, Original seams may be rewleded, undercoating may be removed\".
The rest looks good however.

Somebody needs to pay attention to the rule book, as Weasel stated you cannot do that to the rear horns, the only thing you can do is weld the seams. That is grounds for an instant DQ

How ever you remove them be sure to have the rear motor mount bolted up to keep the horns from moving. It is a real nice job but unfortunutly not class 11 legal in any way. If they are fully welded it will be hard to get off but it can be done. I have found over the years that the plating you have done is completly unnessisary for class 11 or 5/1600 as the tube that comes down to the horn is the real strength, not plating a paper thin horn thaty adds weight. I never had any kind of plate added to any of my 5/1600 cars and never had a frame horn issue of any kind. Something like you have on your horns would not even need to be protested, just showing that would be enough for an automatic DQ. Sorry to be the messenger of bad news, just dont want you to have teck problems after your hard work!

If you have any questions before you modifiy the car, just ask them here, . You will get the best info available and build a car that will be much better than just following the rule book, not to mention having to do things twice. Having have done some things three times, I know!
