Any recommendations on the degree of preload (IRS) for a 29mm torsion? Searching the forum brings up anywhere from 8 to 20 degrees of preload. Are you guys running with any droop? From what I have seen it looks like they sit on the stops.

Thanks!

I ran these bars in my first car. They require a LOT of rebound dampening to make them not pogo. Your preload is critical, 1 or 2 turns on the torsion adjuster and they will be too soft or too stiff. I would definately plan on doing a torsion adjuster and tune it with that.

If you go with an adjuster it won't be that big of a deal to adjust to your likeing. keep in mind that brand new they will take a while to take a set, for us it was about 500 miles...non 300m bars. I was told not to go to stiff when bars are new. W/o adjuster rule of thumb with stock bars is even with lower rear cap hole.

Good luck

Thanks guys.
Adjusters are in the plan but im holding off on that until i get my cage done and tied to the torsion housing. My main goal for now is to get the car sitting high so I can pre-run with it.
