My floor is a bit rusty behind the passenger side. Is there anything wrong with just plating that one section with sheet metal (not cutting out the old pan material, just adding a bit to it.
IT is not horrid, but there are a couple of rust holes there that I would like to take care of.. |

It is no issue at all, cover it how you like. I have some real world rust work to do around the back window erea, I can push my finger through the body. I have a hole the size of a base ball to fix on the drivers side between the courter window and back window. Its horrible on both sides as the insulation got wet on the inside. The rest of the body is 100 percent perfect, never receiving the slightes crash damage. Good luck
