Ok, dumb question but is there an easy way to tell if I have a PM besides going to \"my profile\" and checking my inbox? Maybe like a popup screen??

I've had that exact same question for a while..

PM's generate an email to you. If your not receiving an email but find messages in your in box check your spam filter and allow them to come throug. Or your eamil that you signed in with has been changed and not updated in your profile.
Screen name are $100.00 to change, payable to me...... Actually working a fix with the site owner

Stuff is slow to get fixed here just like an 11 against a 5/1600 but remember Fidel pays for this site out of pocket and gets no funds from it, yet...

Why not start a paid star subscription thing?

The website owner asked for anyone on the site with a retail business or graphics company who would be interested in making up or selling tee shirts, decals and like with the Coalition logo. No one responded.
As far as a subscription goes, I would think that a voluntary payment like on the Samba would work.
Would anyone here be interested in donating funds towards the site? If so, I will propose to Fidel that he set up a Paypal account.
